Who is Hippo Internet Marketing?

Hippo Internet Marketing is a division of Hippo Inc.
It is owned and operated by Corey Creed in Huntersville, NC.

Currently, three others work at Hippo Internet Marketing and we have several web developers, programmers, writers, designers, and others that we enjoy working with remotely.

The HISTORY of Hippo Internet Marketing

In 2003, Corey started Hippo Internet Marketing in Black Mountain, NC (just east of Asheville). For several years, Hippo Internet Marketing enjoyed working with clients including Volvo Construction, Chimney Rock Park, the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, and dozens more.

In 2007, Corey relocated Hippo Internet Marketing to Cornelius, NC (just north of Charlotte). At the same time, a transition was made from working for clients to developing repeatable training classes on Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords, Social Media, Blogging, and other Internet Marketing topics.

In 2010, we relocated again to Huntersville, NC (one town closer to Charlotte).

In 2011, we stopped teaching classes for one year in order to devote necessary attention to our online training options and a new free meetup.  Corey also began working as the Director of Training for Social Fresh.

In 2012, we began teaching in person again, including a new class on Google Analytics.

Our Internet marketing classes are open to the public.  However, we specialize in helping website owners, web developers, and marketing agencies.
